Welcome Will

Here are some pictures I took with my iPhone of our little Will. We decided to name William John Bennett. So far everyone is doing great after a long night. Brits water broke last night around 7 pm, she was unable to get a epidural until 6am this morning due to drugs she is on needless to say it very long night for both of us. Brit was dialated to 6cm at 6 am but then remained unchanged the rest of the day. At 2pm the decesion was made to do c-section because Brit was not changing and we were starting to worry about infection from the water being broke for so long. The C-section went good and everyone is doing great. Will is the biggest kid in the nursery. He was born 8lbs13oz., 21.5 inches long and his head is 15 in around. He is pretty big. Thank You everyone for all of your love, caring and prayers. JJ

Baby Preview

Brit, and I have been looking at infant pictures trying to get an idea of how "jr" is going to come out.  Britany unfortunately doesn't have a lot of infant pictures, but we finally found one.  For all of your schedules Britany has been scheduled to be induced on November 28th.  Looks like we are going to have to name "jr" Zeke the Second.

Visitors in Tucson

We have been here in Tucson for 2 years now. We have had a few visitors during that time. Mom, Wendell, & Ashlie came for a visit and we visited the Bio Dome. This was probably the highlight of the trip for Wendell.

This is Ashlie going into a haunted mine in Old Tucson. She is so excited to go in. Too bad we didn't get an after picture. She screamed the entire time and ran out of there crying. Some other kids waiting to go in changed their mind after seeing her.

We had so much fun with Ashlie at Old Tucson that we had Katee bring the girls down for a day of fun. Abby, Emily, and Liz enjoyed the haunted mine; but poor Sara was so scared she just buried herself in Katee.

Dad and Joyce also came down for a visit. We took them to Tombstone where we watched a reenactment of the gunfight at the OK Corral and learned how to play a new card game called Faro. Dad was chosen to be a player in the game which he loved (I am sure it had nothing to do with gambling though).

Mom & Grandma came for a visit as well. Grandma loved Tombstone...actually she liked all the cowboys walking around.
